Here are few character sprites for a project that may or may not be:Amelie sheet strip2 by John--Vincent

Why, you ask?

Because it may not be possible to complete.

(THIS WILL BE A LONG POST SO RIGHT HERE I'LL JUST SAY THERE'S A TL;DR VERSION OF WHAT I MAY NEED AT THE END OF THE POST)

I have two comics rolling already, and I don't know programming. I want to make a horror comedy game with multiple possible endings.

I am doing this as a big shout out: If you want to collaborate with me in any way, this is your chance. If you have any experience with RPGmaker listen up.

I can make the art and the writing. I already got someone who might be able to design the gaming puzzles, but if you are creative in this department you are welcome on board for suggestions as well.

I do NOT have a candidate for making pixel art. I either need someone to do this, or someone who can explain it to me and be a source of information because I'm too busy of a person to have time to waste searching all over google to find whatever specifics I'm looking for. If you can fill out either of these roles, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

I MIGHT have a couple candidates for programming, as they sounded like they were on board to help out last time I mentioned this project, but this may have changed. It has been many months. If you are good enough at game programming to program an rpg maker game with character sprites, scenic images and alternative endings that only become available after at least one playthrough, please contact me. I need a back up option.

Please also keep in mind that I am an artist with very low income. I cannot compensate you, this is not a proffessional project. This means two things. ONE. You don't need to get all nervous and be like "ohhh I'm not the best one out there so I'll just shut my mouth.." NO. YOU KNOW BETTER THAN I DO MOST DEFINITELY, PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WHATSOFUCKINGEVER I FUCKING LOVE YOU.

TWO. There's no big money to make out of this, and in that no pressure for you to work fast. This project may take years for all I care. The art will take time to make anyway.

I cannot pay you. If you join in, it'll be for the love of the art of making a game. The compensation I can provide for you is "insider information", i.e. you will get to see my scripts before the public does, as you will need them. That might be cool enough for some... no idea.

If you play a big enough role in creating the game, and I end up selling it on steam or something, I will most definitely calculate you into the group of people sharing the income from that. How the group working on the project would split the income would depend on how much each one has contributed in comparison to each other.

I may or may not have a musician on board. I need to check what kind of compensation he is expecting, as he's not someone I know and most likely doesn't care much about the project itself. If it is outside of anything I can save up to, I would love to hear from you if there is a musician that could compose something cool in the audience too.

If I can't find a way to get this game done I'll drop the idea again. I have comics that need my time.

TL;DR:

What I definitely need:
Someone who can do pixel art for an RPG maker game (preferrably. Second hand choice is someone who can help me make it by acting as my filtered google machine on the topic.)

What I might need:
Programmers.
A musician.

What might help but is prolly not neccessary:
An extra puzzle designer.

Conditions/how the situation is:
I can not directly compensate you for your work. I do not expect you to work with the speed of someone having this as their full time job. You don't need to be super pro either, as long as you know enough to perform the task and as long as you really love doing it.
If I sell the game on steam, you'll get to share the income with me and other people involved if you played a major role. Your income part depends on your workload in the project.
You get to see the script before the public does.

SPREAD THIS TO ANYONE READING MY COMICS TO SEE IF ANYONE WHATSOEVER CAN HELP OUT. If the project is not managable I won't bother with it any more for now.

By the way, i think this is a good time to let you know I have been reading and keeping tabs on you for sometime and your readers and your interaction with them. I own Booger Boy Studios and I am out of central Texas in Gatesville Texas. I started my little publishing and Cosplay company to help my son and others with mental issues. Mainly he was 6 to 7 years old when he was given the concrete diagnosis of Sensory Processing Disorder and PTSD and Autism so he really didn't know what that was. There are many books out there defining these conditions and explaining themon an adult level, but nothing for children to learn what they have or how to cope. It is still frustrating but by drawing out his frustrations and explaining what is swirling in his head that way, found a new way to communicate. My partner Tennison Graphics and Fine Arts, have the huge HP printer for printing at least an economic version of your work. I would insist to go to the library of Congress website for United States and get youself copyrighted under the category of graphic novel. Thats what i did for my 2 stories in 1999. Then had kids and shelved them, cuz kids are a handful. Plus i felt my stories were missing something. They felt as if they were too redundant. Under the graphic novel category, it gives you the chance for the story you entered to be changed and still be yours because comics are subject to unexpected plot twists. (I'm good at finding loopholes, i should have been a lawyer. My exhusband despises me and thinks im evil) so with my new purpose of spreading awareness on mental issues and all i found something that my stories need or had and i can expand on more and bring them off the shelf. Im also been looking for other work of other people that may fit my umbrella so when we hit the conventions the guaranteed one is Killeen Texas CTC Geekfest Comic con they are small but they do it to earn moneyfor scholarships for their students. We are their Doctor Who section. That is why BBC approved my Mini Cooper S as the TexasTARDIS. Because we are nonprofit. Plus I'm applying for government grants. Then i can provide steady paychecks to my employees. Right now all i can offer is advice on getting copyrights that will last you 75 years in states and the put you in print. The cost of it, honestly, you and Mycah Kodama of Sayit!, are the first i have made this offer to. So we would be popping the HP printers cherry on printing the books! To see how much it cost us to do one to figure out how much to have you charge the fans. So as you publish page by page, there is and already printed version they can buy for twice or 3 times the price if they really that desperate to see what happens next... you would have to have patience with us. We are two crazy women just trying to break the glass cieling in a male dominated industry. Though my whole career has been in automotive. Im still bumping into old customers who want me to go back to work at the autoparts store to find them the parts they need. LOL! Especially the ones with classic cars. Im good at ghetto rigging. If the part is discontinued i find another that fits just fine. Im good like that. Its in the blood. Thats why my girl, she's 15, is getting a 1976 Ford Granada. We will wrap it black and call it an FBI X-Files car! From the original show. Anyways, think about the offer!

I don't want people to misjudge me as female now that I'm planning to transition, so I changed it to the name I'll legally change it to in a bit more than a month.
